<div class="subnadpis-galery">Another curiosity - transferred church</div>
|
||
<div class="text-galery"><p>The Lord has always had tough times in our region. In December 1617 was on command of the catholic bishop Lohelius demolished his Protestant church
|
||
in Hrob. This incident was an immediate cause of Czech aristocratics insurrection and started the 30-year war. After the 2nd world war almost all believers were transferred
|
||
to Germany and were replaced by crowds of heathens. Aftewards some sacral buildings had to undergo transfer as well. Gothic dominant of the ancient town Most had to move
|
||
few hundreds meters away and free place to a coal open-mine. Also wooden church in Flaje had to move, as it remained the only non-flooded building of the village. It was
|
||
dismantled and then reassembled in neighbour Cesky Jiretin. Only stone foundations has been preserved there:</p></div>
